"We met Paulette Fasciano about 4 years ago when she first catered an event at our home. She did food preparation as well as serving, clean up, bar tending and just general party maintenance such as taking coats and changing CDs. Paulette is so competent and detail-oriented, she has been at every event we have had since. When she is there, I don't have to worry, I just enjoy our guests .She is constantly vigilant and honestly, at times a magician. We had a pool party last year and one of the desserts was a frozen gelato cake. Somehow, she managed to get the cake into our already overly-full freezer until it was time to serve, and again, somehow, she managed to serve it before it turned into soup. I trust her absolutely and she is without question the best support I have ever had when entertaining. I should mention, I have lived in Wellesley and/or Weston for 25 years and have used many different caterers over that time. Paulette is the simply the best."
